Terri has been playing with threads since she was old enough to coax a needle into making seams for dolls. She designed patterns and sewed her own clothes for most of her life and went through all the typical macramé, quilting, and knitting phases in the 60s. In 1979, she discovered the weaving classes at Humboldt State University and found her true passion. Being a color addict, she hand-dyes the majority of her warps. Having the typical short attention span found in those coming into adolescence in the heyday of early rock 'n roll, she mostly weaves scarves.
